HESI Practice Tests, Study Guide and Exam HELP!
The Health Education Systems exam (HESI A2) is required for entrance the Register Nursing program at many institutions.
Exam Information
This exam has both academic and profile assement questions.
The exam contains sub tests on reading, vocabulary, grammar and math. You must get a passing score on all of the sub tests to achieve a passing grade overall.
The profile assesment questions are not included in the overall score.
